Self Care | Breast Lumps

In addition to the actions performed by a physician associated with a lump in the breast, the act of taking care of themselves was also quite useful, such as:
  • Use the appropriate size bra breasts to reduce discomfort.
  • Stop smoking and reduce the consumption of caffeine (as found in coffee and tea). Although not yet evident, some women report that their lumps shrink after they stop smoking and reduce caffeine consumption.
  • Many foods containing vitamins A, C, and E as efficacious as an anti-oxidant. Antioxidants can be found in natural food and supplement ingredients. Vitamin A is found in egg yolks, liver, milk, butter, green vegetables, tomatoes, cabbage, and lettuce. Vitamin C can be obtained by eating fresh fruit is yellow or red, such as guava, citrus, tomatoes, and grapes and green vegetables such as broccoli and spinach. Vitamin E is abundant in nuts, vegetables and fruit.
  • Reducing exposure to free radicals (air pollution, cigarette smoke, radiation TVs and computers, chemicals and busyness of life is high).
  • Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight.
